The photos show before and after images of a case that an orthodontist completed in 2000. He did not want to leave the patient in braces any longer to close all the spaces, as she had thin roots, and he was concerned about damaging them. So in order to close the residual spaces, and even out the size, veneers were placed on the 6 upper front teeth. The last photos show the result 20 years later, and show how long cosmetic dentistry can last.
